Caldwell-Stewart Wedding at Duck Pond Manor - October 2021

Peyton & Keaton got married on October 16th, 2021 at the picturesque Duck Pond Manor in Sparta, TN. We were so honored to be a part of their day.

For the bride & party, we provided on site hair & makeup services. Madison was the lead stylist, and wanted to share with you a bit more about Peyton's look.

This wedding was a special one to Madison because she has known the Caldwell family since 2016. Peyton's sister, Lexi, used to compete in pageants, and Madison met Lexi when she did her hair & makeup for her first pageant headshots in that year.

Fast forward 5 years, Madison had the honor of doing hair & makeup for Lexi's older sister Peyton's wedding.

Having been one of 3 sisters, and being around Lexi's pageants and other opportunities for glam, Peyton was not afraid of makeup. She never really wears it herself, but this was a case of her NOT wanting to feel like her everyday self.

Peyton has a strenuous job that requires wearing a tight N95 mask all day every day, so there were some blemishes around her mouth and chin that Madison made sure to strategically and fully cover without looking like the makeup was caked on in that area.

Madison was completely in love with Peyton's wedding day hair & makeup look! She had more of a tan on the wedding day than she did at her trial, so Madison warmed up her complexion a bit, which gave her a beautiful & healthy glow.

Her hair is SUPER long & heavy, but she wanted an updo with a little bit of texture and volume. Madison achieved that at her trial appointment, but she wanted to give the hairstyle a bit more of a "wow" factor on the actual day of the wedding, with more of an intricate bun.

Madison used hair padding to create fullness in the bun and give it a sound support structure for the other pins.

We finalized the hairstyle by adding a beautiful decorative comb, and it just really brought the whole thing together.
