Summer Lamb & Russell Ottinger got married on September 24, 2021 at The Cordelle in downtown Nashville, TN. We were so honored to be a part of their day.
For the bride, party, and mothers of the bride & groom, we provided on site hair & makeup services. Madison was the lead stylist, and wanted to share with you a bit more about Summer's look.
From Madison:
"When Summer & I met for her preview before her wedding, we had an instant connection! She had a history of competing in pageants, so she wanted a glam look that was still approachable. Summer described her desired look as: Classic elegant updo with face framing pieces & a bold but classy makeup look."

"Summer really wanted the shimmer on her eyelids to be a high constrast to her skin tone, and really "pop" the eyes. I used MHD Cosmetics eyeshadows in Tail Spin & Biscuit to schieve this look, applying them last over the lid after all the matte eyeshadows had been applied around the crease."
"For Summer's updo, she wanted a combination of the above two hairstyles - a chic airy textured style with a little bit of curl in the bun. Additionally, she wanted to be able to see some of the bun on the sides from the front, so I created a bun that was not circular & tight, but more horizontal."
